Bulk URL Decoder

Decode many percent-encoded lines at once. Paste a list of values or URLs and decode each line.

Part of the free URL Decoder. Runs in your browser — nothing is uploaded.

Bulk URL Decoder

Log dumps and spreadsheet columns often contain one encoded value per line. Decode them in a batch so you can scan the readable results together.

Worked example: Three encoded values

Encoded

hello%20world
caf%C3%A9
a%26b%3Dc

Decoded

hello world
café
a&b=c

Practical tip

If one line throws, the others can still decode. Isolate the bad line and check for a dangling %.

Bulk URL Decoder FAQs

Does the decoder keep line order?

Yes. Line n of the output is the decoded form of line n of the input.

Can I decode a full access log?

You can paste request lines, but you will also decode characters that were not meant as data. Prefer extracting the URL first.
