UUID v4 Generator Online
UUID version 4 is a 128-bit identifier whose bits are random, except for the version and variant fields. It is the default choice for request IDs, anonymous user keys and anything that must be unique without a central issuer.
Worked example: A typical UUID v4

Practical tip
Never treat a UUID as a secret. It is an identifier, not a password. If the value is in a URL, anyone who sees the URL can use it.

UUID v4 Generator Online FAQs
Is UUID v4 unique enough?
For practical purposes yes. The chance of a collision is astronomically small, even after generating billions of IDs.
How is the version encoded?
The first hex digit of the third group is 4. That is how validators know a UUID is version 4.
